Poor customer service, ordered media cabinet, 2 ottomans and a coffee table last August. Some of the items were to be delivered today while the media cabinet is delayed. One of the ottomans was missing after all that wait. Product has great design and quality but not worth the hassle.

Lousy customer service. I was told delivery would be in 2 weeks. No call was forthcoming on delivery date. Despite calling every day to check on status and being told Id receive a call... nothing. To date.

This is a very expensive modern furniture store. The designs and quality of the furniture is excellent. The service responsiveness at the NY location is abysmal. I have made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails to the manager Kevin who is both rude when you get him and unresponsive most of the time. They promote and sell, likely with commission, a furniture warranty product by Guardsman. Guardsmen themselves already have an industry reputation of complaints, service and responsiveness issues. The better business sites are packed with disappointing comments. Ligne does not stand behind the product they sell and says Guardsman is not their responsibility. If you decide to purchase this expensive furniture do not purchase a warranty product from Ligne or Guardman. It's like throwing money in a trash can.
