I resume I reserved a room over a month ago for a handicap room because I am a handicap person when I got to check in they tell me they have no handicapped rooms available for me and I asked how is that possible I reserved it a month ago they said we're not sure but we'll give you something downstairs I didn't think this is feasible but I don't have any reservations anywhere else so I went ahead and checked in when I called The Choice privileges people after being unhold for 2 hours nothing was solved and and they had no solution for my problem so I said that's not fair I'm not gonna be able to use the toilet or the shower while I'm in this room. After being on the phone for a couple hours and no solution I get frustrated and just hung up.
Hotel would of gotten much better review except it was mandatory valet parking for $45 per night. For the most part my stay was enjoyable except for the huge scratch left on the side of my truck. I told the girl about it when I checked out. She told me she would inform a manager and they would get back in touch with me. Needless to say no call back. Now it's going to take way more to fix my truck then what I paid for this hotel. Plus I had to pay full price for the valet. Other than that the rooms were ok. Regret not having a tub in the room made it harder to bathe our 2 year old. Seriously doubt I'll ever go to this hotel again. feel like it was a huge waste of money.
Linda worked the front desk and did the breakfast. She was very helpful. Rooms were clean, everyone worked hard there. Ray was the manager and was very nice and helpful, also. For the price of the room, and the amazing pool, it was a wonderful stay!
