I bought a downdraft cooktop and a refrigerator this year from Mountain High. I worked with Mark Leyba who helped me find the right appliances that would fit in the spaces that I had. The refrigerator space was extremely limited and I feel like Mark found the exact right fridge that would both fit and look great. He even worked to get my delivery date moved up. The prices are competitive and the showroom is extensive. From the moment I came in the friendly staff made me feel welcome. This was so much better than going to any other appliance store I have visited. If you want great customer service, a great selection and competitive prices, go to Mountain High.

We walked into their Littleton store yesterday and had the worst experience. We told the two gentlemen at the front desk that we wanted to look at some appliances and gather information and they called one of their sales people up, I dont even know his name because the man never introduced himself to us. The first appliance we looked at was a double 30 inch French door subzero refrigerator. I asked him if you could get a refrigerator freezer in one unit and he said no, which isnt true.theres a 36 one right across from the one we were looking at and then we ran into a 30 fridge/freezer in another part of the showroom. The man wouldnt offer any information or tell us about the features, colors, options, etc. unless we asked him - we were there to get information about the appliances because we are not knowledgeable about them. It was obvious from the beginning that he wanted nothing to do with us. We will take our business elsewhere when we remodel our kitchen, I wouldnt step in that store again.
