Awful service ! Floor only half finished and when we have tried to contact them they have not returned any calls or emails. Seem very happy to take the money but after service is awful. Didn't mention about having to pay extra for doors to be cut after the fitting either. Avoid !!

We found Tom at Finest Flooring to be extremely friendly and helpful. Tom answered any questions we had and personally brought us numerous samples to look at. He wanted to make sure that we were happy with our choice of floor prior to install. The job is now completed and we are happy with the outcome.

Tom and his team are true professionals--they listened to our requirements for new carpet and gave solid, but cost-effective recommendations without trying to up-sell. With quick payment of the deposit came immediate ordering of supplies, and thanks to a scheduling cancellation he was able to fit in our project ASAP. The two-man team was brilliant: friendly, respectful and diligent. Had the whole job done in a day, and they clean up as they go too! Absolutely no complaints, the new carpet looks phenomenal and I am so glad to no longer have white carpet driving me mad! Thanks Finest Flooring!!
