Extremely unprofessional!!! Had my appointment booked and when they texted me for my information and i asked for a quote they said they needed pictures first. Fine understandable. I sent pictures of a simple leather vest with a couple of patches i wanted sewn on the back. Nothing i hadnt described on the phone and nothing out of the ordinary (size or shape wise). When i sent pics, they read the message immediately but didnt reply for 2 hours. Just to say sorry we cant and when i asked why. Nothing just a read receipt on my iPhone.

Had great reviews so I tried it. I had my wedding dress altered and the alterations were good, however, the seamstress used a silver hook to bustle the dress. The silver clearly stands out, especially when the train is out. I was told to just paint it with white out or nail polish after spending $400 cash. The owner said that white hooks are hard to find, but you can find them on amazon in 1 second. Then I was told they would switch the hook to white one tomorrow for over a week everyday. Finally I brought it to a different place who repaired it within 24 hours. In addition to this, I was asked to pay in cash and did not receive a receipt. The seamstress also made a comment that I was paying in $20 bills. Lastly, I was told to steam my dress myself because apparently they didnt have a steamer! Overall, unimpressed and very unprofessional. Would not recommend.
