Beware of using this establishment to rent a home. Taylor G. provided the worst possible experience Ive ever had in renting homes. She was lazy, rude, unconcerned and made sure she drew out the process wasting my time. She failed to notify me that her property manager (the only person in that entire office that can approve or decline an application)would be out on the upcoming friday whilst she knew this info well ahead of time and the application was submitted on a Wednesday. I had to call just to find this information out myself. Had I known this I would have went somewhere else because I closed my previous lease due to taking a new job and relocating to Kingsland all on short notice so time I did not have to find a place to live and get settled. I had to wait 4 extra days for something that usually takes a day and at most two... either deny the application or approve it but dont waste my time and money. Mind you, I drove all the way from NC and had to stay in a hotel each day waiting for her to do her dag on job. If you do decide to go to here, I warn you, do all you can to have anybody in that office but her handle your application. Especially if youre a minority. She doesnt seem to be keen on those with etinic backgrounds sadly.

They would cancel auto pay when I was on deployment and then charge late fees. When we gave them an estimate on when we were leaving they canceled our lease and got a new tenet without communicating that to us at all, leaving us a week to move out on sudden notice.

I called to list a plot of land with them in November and told it was being handled that they would send me some paper work. Two weeks later I called they said they where unsure on who I talked to but transferred me to a new lady and she said she would be on it, so she sent me the paper work next day and signed and sent it right back to later on to receive a text saying she was passing it to another agent. He still has yet to post it.
