I don't know if was today's crew or the entire staffing in general, but the quality if service is terrible. While standing in line to purchase my items, one guy walks out and his balloons pop. Another young lady's balloon came undone before she get to the parking lot. Still, I made my purchase (because you can't mess up EVERY customer's order, right?). One hour later I pick up a 5 pack that I purchased for a Birthday party. I drive 10mins to my residence and of course the largest balloon, a Peppa Pig balloon, is nearly deflated. I had no energy to drive back and argue. Such a disappointment
