The cleaning I got today, and the cleaning described in the reviews are worlds apart. Some windows have a murky residue. Shelves are not dusted. Does deep cleaning not include the back edges of dressers and chest of drawers as well as their bottom moldings and the glass of pictures with spray cleaner and underneath the microwave, etc.? I have dirt left in the bathroom floor. The top of my dresser was more straight in the beginning than after its second dusting at my request. My blinds were left in disarray. The kitchen floor was mopped with dirty water from the bathrooms. The feather duster used simply moved dust from one place to another. My interpretation of a house deep clean and these ladies' interpretation are miles apart. The reviews are so good. I am very disappointed. I was so hopeful for attention to the details of a good cleaning. This "deep clean" was not nearly worth the $250.00 that I paid. Update: I did notify you in a text to Gina on 10/6/21 about the poor cleaning service I had received. After two ladies came back two weeks later for a regular cleaning, I asked you not to return in another text on 10/20/21, and you did not. You never responded to either of the two texts I sent to the mobile number from which you initially answered my first call.

Ben Vereen and Angela Price, let us tell our side of the story. Our 3 employees show up in time at 8:30 am and worked till 4:30 pm non stop without taking a single lunch break. They cleaned everything! All baseboards, floors, light fixtures, tubs, sinks, toilets, door and frames, cabinets inside and out, vanities inside and out, all kitchen appliances inside and out, all the woodwork, all your windows and lights except the one that was so high that we needed a 20ft ladder. We called your wife and informed her that we could not reach the one chandelier and window that it took a 20ft ladder to do. Our cleaning crew only carries a 4ft ladder due to insurance policies. She understood, so we thought. Your home is 3700sf with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath we charge $725 that is a very fair price for a move in cleaning regardless of the product that is being used. The other service was carpet cleaning for 5 bedrooms and hallway we charged $245 which again is a very fair price. Were not sure how your math came out to $1500? When we quote a price for cleaning we only include heated spaces which your garage is not part of that. Our employees were so upset at how your wife and yourself where talking to them that at one point they called the office and let our office manager know they were ready to leave even if they didnt get paid due to the verbal abuse from you and your wife. They stayed to complete the job and that shows their dedication and professionalism to their job. Our office manager dropped everything she was doing to see what was going on. When she arrived she was immediately cussed out and was shown one tiny dust bunny that was the whole reason after our employees work 8.5 hours your wife didnt want to pay. Our office manager performed a walk through and everything was of top quality.We have never in 14 years encountered customers that have such disrespect for service workers. Your review proves by your comment if you cant wash your butt, how can you say you can clean anything how disrespectful and degrading you can be. I warn any service providers to be careful in providing services to you and wife.

FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS TO DO YOUR CLEANING!!!! From the reviews my wife and I thought we'd found a great place to clean our newly purchased forever home.... BOY WAS WE WRONG! We set the appointment to clean a completely empty home. Guaranteed that they'd clean everything since nothing was in the way. They showed up on time. That's the best I can say for them. They're standard of clean is not the same as mine or many others. (If you can't wash your butt, how can you say you can clean anything?) We ordered almost all of the residential services that they offer. Almost $1,500! This is late August when they come. Here it is mid October and our chandelier, second story windows, or crown molding, have yet to be cleaned. They did such a terrible job! They use Dollar General cleaning products that simply do not work well. They smell good but don't make things clean or disinfected. Dirt and dust left in corners. Not a single cabinet dusted or cleaned out. Garage not touched until we asked right before they leave. We could've paid a maid $200 to get the quality work we paid Duraclean $1,500 for. Clearly no attention to detail and couldn't care less about the quality of work they do. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR STANDARDS OF DOING BUSINESS.
