The absolute worst customer service. Diane made us feel like we were bothering her with our questions. She was very abrasive and very rude. Diane rushed us along when we wanted to take our time (we needed more than 5 minutes). She argued with my mom over an idea we had for the tables. We wanted to buy my wedding flowers and greenery through Bachmans, but after our horrible experience we went with a local boutique that was absolutely amazing. Diane made what was supposed to be a fun day with my mom- to be anything but. We will not be giving Bachmans any more of our business.

Bought a supposedly hardy water lillie for my pond for $25 and it did not do well and when overwinter in ny basement in plastic bag just disintegrated and I brought my receipt in and pot with tag and was not given a refund

Used to love this place, but management has changed and the plants they have been getting in are exactly the same condition as box stores at twice the price. You might as well shop somewhere actually local that is investing in the community instead of amassing it in one familys wealth.
