Sent me the wrong item. Then I had to send it back before they would send me what I paid for. Then they said they are out of the product, after keeping my money for almost 2 weeks. Still waiting on a refund. Shop with caution!!
Bella was amazing so nice I asked to put something she did, I showed up wen it closed but wen I called back she remembered who I was and still was very nice and kept the same energy wen seeing me with enthusiasm and was super helpful, ima call that manager to give her a raise if not ima find her a job thats better paying u deserve it Bella
They may have good merchandise at times, but, unfortunately, the staff is incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have seen this on many occasions. I have no clue why they do not see a connection between customers and store profit- which enables them to be employed. No greeting - no eye contact - just a pretty hostile vibe.
This is probably true for most stores on Broadway in Soho, but I wouldn't recommend stopping in here or buying anything if you value your sanity lol. I'm sure it's not the staff's fault, I just don't think PacSun is a very well-run business with adequate staffing/funding. Their phones are always broken and there's not much the staff can do to help if you have any issues. On the plus side there's tons of great shopping over on Mulberry :)
