Excellent service and highly recommended. YRT probably has the best Hajj and Umrah packages in the UK market considering the price you pay and the level of service you receive. Very affordable.

I have travelled with Yousaf tours and had a great experience. Their services are just fantastic. When buying holiday packages or flights, one must consider the services of the agent. Its key and important. If anything goes wrong its the the agent who you refer back to, at this point most agents would fail. All agents, will start of with a good service, Once the transactions done, travel agents wouldnt really put much effort especially when things go wrong. In essence a decline in services. I have personally experienced with Yousaf and their exceptional service. Once whilst travelling through Yousaf, I had a issue with my tickets. In this case Yousaf was not at fault. However, they still went the extra mile and helped me resolve the issue. Even when I was abroad they were in contact, making sure everything was going smooth and even gave me a call upon return. They maintained their A1 services from start to end. Theres good and bad agents out there, most good ones come with a cost. With Yousaf tours they will help broker you the best deals with the best services. Coming from a guy who travels alot, I personally feel they are 2nd to none, especially when it comes to prices and services. A trusted agent. Best in Luton, Best in Bedfordshire and personally to me the best in the country.

This was my first time ever going to perform Umrah with my family and was by far the most hassle-free, well organised experience Ive had the chance to be blessed with. From the initial booking process up until the last moment, everything ran so smoothly and on schedule. Both hotels in Makkah and Medinah were situated close to the Haram shareef and Masjid-a-Nabawi which gave us access to everything we needed whilst we stayed In Makkah and Medinah. The tour manager also arranged for Urdu speaking guides for our tours which was so convenient as the majority of us travelling spoke Urdu or understood it. Unlike other touring companies, we had the freedom to spend group days together or spend it with our families. On most occasions if there was a specific place the group wanted to go, the tour manager would easily arrange transportation and guidance so we could go about arranging a day out without any hassle of trying to do it by ourselves (which can be difficult in a foreign country). The hotel we stayed in Makkah was situated right infront of the haram in the clock tower which made it so convenient to travel back and forth and have access to everything we needed from food to shopping to going to freshen up in our rooms when need be. This was extremely convenient as we went with our mother whose in their late 50s, which meant we didnt need to take taxis to go anywhere as we had access to everything right at our doorstep. In Medinah, our hotel was also situated 1 minute away from Masjid-Al-Nabawi which was brilliant. Both hotels we stayed in were 5* and breakfast was included throughout the stay. Yousaf Religious Tours really went above and beyond to give all of us the best and most hassle-free experience that Ill never ever forget. The reason I wont forget it, is because not once did I have to stress about anything or control any aspect of the trip - All I had to focus on was my prayers. If I ever had any questions or worries the tour guide was more than happy to assist me. I highly reccomend this company as your first and only choice if youre planning on performing Umrah and/or Hajj if you want a trustworthy and reliable company that will take care of you. I will definitely be using this company again inshaallah!
