Be ready to see that if you gonna live there. My daughter (14 months old) got sick because of that. I have all medical reports and Urgent Care visits. They offered me 50 dollars gift card to keep my mouth shut and not call the city. Bad place bad maintenance and management.

I lived here for a little over a year with my boyfriend. The landlord Jake Gleason stole our bikes and charged us with damage we didn't do after we moved out. The door fell off while we were there bc the wood rotted out. The washing machine breaks all the time. He also tried to double our rent one month and refused to email us back or answer his phone. He still has our bikes. If you want a landlord who steals your stuff and overcharges you this is the place to go.
