Rachel has an amazing ability to run a complex project, never get flustered (or at least not show it!), keep things moving forward and arrive on-time and on-budget (and usually on budgets that are a fraction of what the "big" firms charge). I've worked with several contractors and their project managers and I can say Rachel is the best. Just last week I was having a talk with a project manager at another contractor explaining the "right" way to keep things organized and on-track, which is to say the way that I have seen Rachel do it on her projects. Having someone who really knows how to run a project is often the missing - a team has the coding and design talent, but they can't put it together.
