Hi Andrew I would have to disagree with the bait and switch we definitely do not do that. Our pricing on a sofa starts at $109 if you have loose back pillows or cushions that need to have all sides clean the price will change.

The company has a bait and switch pricing program IMO. Customer service asked if I had a 3 cushion couch and I told her that was correct. No other questions and quoted $109. Service person shows up and quotes $184. He said he would have to clean both sides of the cushions. RIDICULOUS. Dont bother

Josh was very professional did a great job of cleaning. My only issues are it did not seem to have any carpet deodorize. There is an 8-10 inch area by my bedside table that was not cleaned. This is not a complaint. Otherwise Josh did a great job!

Zack was punctual, in uniform, clean appearance, and exercised great patience with my unique circumstance. Did a full system clean in less than two hours. Seemed knowledgeable when I asked questions. Ive used PS in the past for upholstery and carpet cleaning (at a different residence). Quick turn around for services. Highly recommend.

We got a couch from a friend that was super nice but smelled like animals. As we do not have animals somebody recommended this company to get it cleaned and that should do the trick. I called the next day and booked an upholstery cleaning. Sadly our service was supposed to come at between 10-2. 2pm rolled around and nobody here. I reached out and they had somebody call me back saying that somebody could be out 3-5. 5pm rolled aroundnobody. I reached out again. I was told that somebody could come out later, possibly around 7. Finally somebody showed up at almost 9pm. He was super friendly and apologetic. But I was still pretty frustrated as I had been waiting since 10am. Anyways, we have him clean our couch. It was late and I didnt get to inspect the couch cleaning that well. Sadly the couch still stinks. Soo a day waisted and $300 laterwe still have a couch that smells like animals.
