I have been calling WHAM financial center for 3 months now. I had got a hold of a agent gave her my information. She told me that I would be getting a call in 1-2 weeks ! Its been 3 months never received a call or email. The only way to contact is through phone. You cant leave a voicemail because they are not monitored. Can only make appointments Monday-Tuesday no walk-ins !!!! It makes it really hard to get assistance when no one is answering the lines .
