Hello We can absolutely produce you a receipt I dont know where that miscommunication is you even have the option to email or text yourself a receipt on the pin pad provided I can even remotely print, email or text you a receipt today on the backend all the way from a different state. Thats just silly of course we produce receipts. On the tip screen there is a custom tip option where you can put in any number of your choice. Theres even an option to skip a tip all together on that same screen. Theres no way to adjust the tip percentage settings to separate out just the service. Tips are always generally calculated on the sales total. If you would like your receipt I would be more than happy to send you one so please email me a good contact at [email protected] and it will be my top priority for the day. First the service was good my complain is when I requested a receipt they could not produce one and when you spend over 450.00 that makes this place shady in my books.. Same with my friend who spent about the same with no receipt when requested.. 3rd why should I have to leave a tip for a purchase the lowest tip on their machine from my purchase was 65.00 $ I should only have to tip for the service not my earnings purchased.. BECAREFUL SHADY ESTABLISHMENT NOT TO GIVE RECIEPT..
Hey Oscar, Im sorry we couldnt accommodate you after a 10 hour day of clients. We do our absolute best to get to everyone. Unfortunately, with our reputation in the community and knowledge in the industry, my team is in very high demand. Due to our lease demands, we have no choice but to cut the list to abide by our agreement and also to cater to those whom have been waiting. On the weekends we usually HAVE TO cut the list a prior to closing due to our 45min+ wait time This is outside of our control and I do apologize We welcome you back anytime. They dont take appointments but they dont accept people after certain time. I was there an hour before closing but they didnt take me because they had plenty of piercings to do. I was told to come back and try another day. I drove 45 min to get there. What a joke. Post that on your website. Post you cant accommodate everyone due to your popularity 4 people left. The lady behind me told the rude lady in the front dont you close at nine? She responded in a sarcastic tone we have plenty of people that will take us up till nine She then proceeded to mumble under her breath Id like to go home at nine too . Im sure you do a great job, I believe that but I dont think its worth the you need me more that I need you. I will gladly spend my somewhere else. Good luck.
