Alex Quintana is our KING. We hosted our wedding at our family's winery in Napa where they do not typically have events and it required a ton of logistics, planning, and design. Alex was the perfect person for the job. He worked so well with the staff at the winery, thought of everything (outlets, generators, etc.) that we never would have thought to look into, and gave great advice throughout. Truly we could not have done this event without Alex and the Quintana events team. The day was beyond anything I could have ever imagined and Alex took care of all the problems that came up on the day of -- I honestly had no stress the day of and was able to fully enjoy my wedding. Working with Alex feels like working with a best friend -- I felt like I could ask him anything and he was always available for last minute talks or reassurance. I will truly miss our frequent check-ins and will DEFINITELY be looking to hire him again for any event that needs planning! Furthermore, Alex has an excellent reputation with the most popular vendors in Napa Valley and everyone we worked with on our vendor team was always quick to compliment Alex!

We used Quintana Events for our daughter's wedding in June 2021, and we are very pleased with the service they provided. Heather did a great job keeping us on track in the months leading up to the wedding, and then led the Quintana team, as well as all the other vendors, on the day of the wedding. My wife and I had many, many guests tell us how smoothly everything went during the wedding. And when the wedding was over, all we had to do was wait until Heather and team had loaded up our SUV, and then drive away! I had always wondered if a planner was really needed, but now, having been through it, I can say the real value was it allowed me and my wife to actually enjoy the event and spend time with our guests, instead of worrying about vendors and timelines. We highly recommend Quintana Events!

Alex and his whole team are amazing. Hiring Quintana Events was easily the best money we spent on our wedding. In part, because Alex helped us maximize our budget while staying within our budget. We initially met with him because we heard from every single vendor/venue we spoke to that he was the best wedding planner around. It was so reassuring to hear that he was so well liked. After working with him, it is obvious why people like him so much. He is helpful, kind, and incredibly rational. He managed to help us find our perfect venue and keep us sane as we navigated postponing our wedding due to the pandemic. He really did it all. We were able to have the safe wedding of our dreams within our budget because of Alex and we can't say enough good things about him and his team!

Quintana events is like having your own fairy godmother and counselor all rolled into one. They were with me every step of the way and made the entire day of the wedding feel effortless (for me!).
