I scheduled an appointment two hours ahead of time and when i got there, they sent me away to wait ANOTHER two hours. Since i really needed the haircut i came back AGAIN! Then i was told to wait another thirty minutes and finally when i came back the THIRD time no one even acknowledged that i walked in so i left. Very very bad customer service, especially to a scheduled appointment.
The braider took 8 hours to give my child box braids!! I couldn't believe it! She took client after client, leaving my child sitting there and me waiting all day! And then when she finally decided to apologize for taking so long (6 hours in), it was accompanied with "it's not my fault..." Whose fault is it then?! I believe my blunder was allowing her to be paid up front (someone else paid and left). I felt... well... disrespected. The braids are well done, though. And I saw her other work, it was good. LESSON: Do NOT pay this braider up front and be clear on your appointment expectations! (My opinion in no way represents the other stylists whom I saw working there and getting their clients in and out in a timely manner).
