Asymmetry is a fitting name - left with one side of my head noticeably shorter than the other (see photo). I've had better haircuts when a friend, with no training, cut my hair in her bathroom with kitchen scissors. It was a very friendly and warm experience. Sarah was able to "fix" my hair the next day by making it shorter to even it out. She was absolutely great, and took great care and time to make it even. I feel bad leaving a poor review with my excellent experience with her, but the end result is a haircut that's nothing what I asked for. I wanted the dead ends gone, which was about 2 inches, and asked for collarbone length being shortest pieces and now my hair is at my shoulders with chin length layers when curled. I mentioned I don't want layers in the front area because it sticks out and now I have hair sticking out like a Christmas tree. It's so short that all my highlights were cut out and it looks bland. I'm so upset. Now I'm looking at spending a huge sum of money on extensions to fix what should never have happened. I wish I never came here.

This place cuts my entire family's hair. This place isn't just a place to get hair cut, it's like family here! They treat you like a person and not just trying to rush you out the door for the next client. Highly recommend!

Hello Gunveen, we apologize again for your frustration. As stated on the phone we have a refund policy in place that we must see the discrepancies in the service in person and have the ability to fix said problem before we can issue a refund. You unfortunately decided not to show to your follow up appointments and made the decision to not come back in. In this scenario there is nothing we can do. As much as we take pride in our quality, communication and care we take with every guest, we also take pride in protecting our team of stylists from being put in a position to be taken advantage of. You managed to recieve your Kerstin less than half price and proceeded to demand your money back for a full balayage service that was successfully provided. We stand by our decision that our salon is not a good fit for your type of business. Thank you and take care!

Went there for 2 consecutive years for haircuts. Things started going wrong when I got keratin from them . Dint affect/improve my hair one bit and when I gave feedback they dint care. I tried to give them another chance , ashley did my balyage which was nowhere close to what I wanted and I even brought pictures. I left the salon after 3.5 hours and negative 250$ with hair that I dint like . I told Ashley and she asked me to give it a few days and that she would call me in a week. 3 weeks later when I called them, she was rude , dint want to see me and told me I was not a good fit . Really? After 2 years. If you can't make things right, don't blame the client . Ofcourse I dint wanna go back if I wasn't welcome. I asked for only a 50 percent refund because I knew she did spend the time . But 2 months later and still no response. Sad that I am leaving this review but I don't think they care at all. Edit : response to the owner A. there were no follow up appointments made and I never no showed. This is unfair of you to post incorrect information B. I Did not manage to get keratin at half price. You guys had a promo going on . I find your response misleading and its upsetting. Also I did not want to come in as the hair stylist was very rude on the phone. And she said that the salon wasn't a right fit for me. Easy to say to a client when you dont want to fix a problem and hope for them to dissappear. She never welcomed me to come in to fix the issue .
