I'm sorry that you were not happy with your experience here, and we always try to make things right for our customers. We would have gladly given you a full refund for your games if they had in fact not worked as you said. Used games sometimes have issues, despite our care in making sure all our games are in good condition. Unfortunately, the problem with the games you wanted to return was not that they didn't work, but that you bought online multiplayer games without a way to play them, despite the fact that the games are clearly marked as online only. If you had acted reasonably instead of yelling at our employees, we may have been able to let you swap out your games for ones you could play. As it stands though, I think it is for the best if you shop somewhere else with a return policy that better fits your needs. For anybody else reading this, yes, we do in fact offer full returns on any item you purchase from us that ends up having a problem. We stand by the quality of our products.

Great gem for retro goods. They've got some rare stuff and they're fairly priced. They will call you if they get a game in that you want. Very helpful staff. Worth the drive if your looking for retro stuff.
