False advertising, trickery to get people on site, and don't seem to give a crap about customers. In addition, I have found it is not hard to find a better deal and experience elsewhere. Just as an example...when they asked about my current Silverado LTZ and the payments (I had bad credit, an average total price, and higher than average interest rate...so NOT low payments), the salesman's reaction was "Wow, how did you get it so cheap?" All of the word of mouth I have heard about them is negative...everyone says the same thing, "Stay away, go somewhere else." They don't even specify where to go, just anywhere else.
I would like to let you know how much I appreciate the kindness, knowledge, and professionalism that is shown on a daily basis. It started with Bill at the service counter, and continued into the service bay for the technician that worked on my trailblazer.(sorry I forgot his name). I have been to the other dealer that is located in a neighboring city (I wont mention their name) and although its closer to my house, I refuse to go there because of the unprofessional people that work there. I will go out of my way to get any Chevy vehicle that I own to Casey Chevrolet should I need to get work done. I will recommend Casey to everyone that I talk to about car dealers. Thank you again!
I would like to let you know how much I appreciate the hard work and persistence of your salesman Ross DAngelo. We started shopping for a car for our son Kort and Ross was able to find a great Mazda he loved and arranged financing he could afford. I also know that was his day off but he worked that day to help Kort get such a good deal. We began shopping at Casey because Ross previously did such a good job arranging a car for another son, Austin. We trust Rosss ability, commitment and integrity. The fine selection of cars is another "Plus." When our other son Andrew is ready to get another car, Casey is where we will recommend that he goes. Tom Taché
Wish I could give no stars! Was five hours from home when my car wouldn't start, called the closest Chevy dealer (Casey Chevy) and she told me more than likely my battery was dead (even though the door bell was going off and my car is currently under recall for the ignition switch), I told the lady my steering wheel was locked up and I was 99% sure my battery wasn't dead but she said If i got the car to them they will take a look at it, I told her I would have to check with my parents and make sure that was ok and call her back. I called back within 5 minutes and got the answering machine I left a message asking if they had a tow truck or could recommend a tow truck, I left my name and number and waited for a call back. . . . 20 minutes later I got on my phone and started looking up numbers I called the closes tow truck to my location and told Frank what was wrong he told me over the phone how to get the steering unlocked so I could get on the road (which costed him business). I would have thought the dealership should have know this trick? Anyways it's been a week now and the Casey Chevy has not yet called to let me know if they have a tow truck or could recommend one, I guess they are ok with me being stranded forever.
