We sold tack for the first 12 years in business and closed that department out last spring when the pandemic hit. Our store name is Painted Cowgirl Western Store which should give the inclination that we sell western apparel. We have several hundred styles of boots in the $99.00 -$199.00 range, several hundred styles of boots that range from $199.00 - $499.00, and 3 styles of $600 boots that are worth every dime. Our store is not for everyone but for those looking for quality boots and apparel not found at TSC. We do not deserve your one star review and definitely dont accept it.

You asked us outside if you could bring your large dog in. The associate told you that we prefer you dont unless you are able to carry the dog. We are dog owners and lovers ourselves but we dont even bring our own dogs to our beautiful store. We have customers with allergies and need to sell our product pet free. We also had two dogs go to the bathroom in our store over the years. It shocks us every time someone even asks to bring a dog inside this type of store. We are sorry we lost your business but there is a reason for our policy. Hope you have a fabulous day!

We camp in the area and travel with dog. The last several times we visited the store and spent hundreds of dollars we were always able to bring our dog inside with us. Today they lost our business as they changed their policy and would not allow him in. Was never an issue in the past. However, we did have a fabulous day 1/2 hour away at Fin Feather Fur in Ashland and spent hundreds of dollars there. Great prices, products and services. And everyone enjoyed our dog!
