Hi Sheila. We are so sorry to hear we missed the mark. Although it does not happen often, it pains us when it does. Each stylist completes rigorous training from cut to color. Mistakes or blunders do happen and for that, we do apologize. In addition, Friday afternoons are a very busy time at any salon, so if you are looking for a more relaxing time, we recommend Tuesdays-Thursdays. Though we are a busy, upscale salon, we maintain all social distancing guidelines to remain part of the fight in slow the spread of COVID-19. Unfortunately, I have dye all over my face, including my ears, cheeks and forehead. My haircut which was supposed to be straight across, with no layers, is uneven. Theres a chop in the back thats completely missing and with that way more hair got cut off then I asked for but I believe that because the stylist was trying over and over to cut straight and even. It looks like I boxed dyed it at home, got it on my face and gave myself a rough hair cut. The color is nice and dark like I wanted but looks nothing like the pictures I showed. The environment isnt welcoming and comfortable either. The hair washer was great and took her time but I would not recommend going here even if its for something simple.

Made an appointment for hair extensions and updo the following day only to be told they dont have the hair extensions at the time of the hair extension appointment. I had explained to person who made the appointments that we had never done this before and was assured that they could do the hair extensions and the updo the following day. Then the next person I spoke with blamed us for being ten minutes late for the appointment as to why they didnt have the extensions when that was never the issue. Not a good experience in both making an appointment or trying to talk through with them why this wasnt set up properly.

Great experience! Such a cool atmosphere! Joey is amazing and gave me such a beautiful cut/blow!
Today was my first experience at Liquid Hair and I had an apt with Tiffany. First time in a very long time where the stylist really understood what I was describing with taking the pictures I showed and brought it to life. Tiffany was kind, talented and super patient having a trainee along side her. I will visit again soon!

Disappointing!!! It was my first time at the liquid hair salon and I was there for highlights and haircut. OMG!!!maybe the stylist was a junior/trainee stylist or not sure the reason, but she really wasnt able to get my hair color the way I had requested. I asked her for balayage highlights (dark brown highlights and my base color is black). BUT when she was done, the highlights came out almost like overall hair color with big sections of hair colored and no dimension, something that you expect from highlights and to top it all the hair color was way off it was super light and looked ugly - she tried to make it darker but you know its harder to fix things than to get it right in the first place.UGGG I went back to get it fixed and she did her best (I could tell she really tried to get it right, so it wasnt for lack of trying) but again it was just not what you would expect from a top professional stylistin the end I let it go as I was exhausted spending hours in the salon with rookie stylist.my hair now looks overall dark brown with a couple of spots where the highlights seems to have worked luckily.. Very disappointing experience overall esp given the top $$$ I paid this could have been same result from a cheaper salon .
