We read your review Maria and are sorry to hear that your phone broke again. We can understand your frustration and would like to clear up a few points. Wed like to say we have never been in the business of lying or deceiving anyone. In fact, what you state has many misrepresentations of our business. Repair Sharks was built by doing the right thing for our customers 100% of the time. We have been in this location for 12 years and give our attention to every single customer that walks through our door. We take any issue personally, give our best advice, and are always fair in a situation. Issues do arise however, and we pride ourselves on knowing we will always try to take care of our customers no matter what the situation. We cannot foresee issues with phones or devices after they leave our shop, we can only help fix them once they occur. If you drop your phone on the right surface it will break, no matter how you protect it. Part Quality We only buy the highest tier parts available on the market. There is only 1 place to get this quality from in the USA. Outside of getting an original screen from Apple this is the 2nd best choice in our opinion and the only screen we sell to customers. We also dont see many shops using this quality level. This is above a premium level screen. Any customer wishing to know the exact quality of our screens can ask us and we will show you. We are certainly not here to rip anyone off; we are here to help you. Our pricing for this repair is EXACTLY the same as any other major repair center. Given the review we went and double checked and our pricing is identical to our competitors. Liquid Nano Product and Warranty - You cannot make 2 claims on a product that allows 1 claim. We specified this with you, and after your 2nd visit to repair your 2nd broken screen we informed you that you must purchase the product again to have a new warranty. We made this clear while you were in our store and also recommended purchasing the product again, however you declined. We never specified any type of Lifetime Warranty on anything we sell here. Our warranty is listed on our wall, website, and your receipt. Repairs come with a 60-day warranty. As far as Liquid Nano, this product comes with a 1-year warranty from the Manufacturer and covers 1 device repair per application. This is stated on their website and within the packaging we gave you when you purchased the product. We simply resell this product, much like many other cellular shops, and install it for you for free. We also help walk you through any warranty or registration concerns as part of the process. At no point did we lie or try to deceive you during any of this. Our repair pricing is in line with all other major shops and we suggested to you a product we believe offers a great protection for expensive devices. In fact, it worked for you the first time and helped cover the expense of your 2nd repair. It is also laboratory tested to 30% stronger break protection than tempered glass, hence why the manufacturer can even offer a warranty to begin with. However, once your screen is replaced you lose the benefit of Liquid Nano (since it is applied to your screen) and need to reapply it after any screen replacement. This is the same as if you broke a tempered glass. As with any of our repairs you are always welcome to come in for us to address any of your concerns. We take responsibility for our repairs and if it is not performing as it should our warranty covers any work we have performed. If you thought you were still covered by the Liquid Nano warranty, but actually werent, we would have worked out a discounted price for you. Never get your iPhone repair here. I came in with a cracked screen and not only did they charge more than any other place Ive Called or checked with, but they absolutely took advantage. They convinced me that the LiquidNano is the best possible screen protection you can get, that it comes with a lifetime warranty so if it breaks they reimburse you each time. I was tired, pregnant and desperate to have my phone back so I did it. The screen broke the next day. I had this phone for years before it cracked and its taken a beating from my kids. I had to go back the next day and they charged me full price to fix it again. I submitted my claim To the warranty. Guess what? A week later it cracks again. This time, I went to a reputable repair place who put a solid replacement screen and also told me that the liquidnano is a complete marketing scheme and never to do it. And also, when I tried to submit for the second repair the warranty company informed me they only reimburse once. So repair sharks did a horrible job twice, and also lied to me. In reply to their reply- I was told verbatim LiquidNanos warranty will cover the repair as many times as you need it, hassle free. You just send in the bill with all the information and they send you a check, easy. If you want a real repair and arent too lazy to drive a bit, go to Guru Repairs in Bayside. Theyll actually repair your phone and wont convince you to buy anything extra.

Hello Hlias, we are sorry your phone received water damage. As our records indicate you had a screen repaired with us over 8 months ago in July 2017 to be exact. FYI, the s8 is not water proof, it is water resistant. There is a big difference between the two. We only use original Samsung LCD and adhesive as it would come from the factory. If water happened to get into your phone it could have been from a number of areas. It also depends on what kind of water went into the phone as to the damage that will incur, tap water, pool water, salt water are very corrosive and if the phone is not dried out and cleaned properly damage is almost inevitable. When you initially cracked your phone you compromised any water resistance the phone may have had. There is no way to seal a phone back up to make it water resistant outside of using the Samsung adhesive which comes pre-installed on the LCD or using a Nano waterproofing solution which Samsung does not use currently. We used the factory adhesive as we should have. We apologize about your issue but there isn't anything else we could have done to make it better for you in this instance. they repair the screen on my samsung galaxy s8 but they didn't do it correct they didn't put the water resistant and then my phone got water and broke!

Very quick walk in service. Went in with a cracked screen and left with a cracked smile! Great service, would rather give the local community my money rather than the Apple store all day. Hopefully I won't need the service again, but if I do, I'll go there for sure! Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again.

Hello, you were supposed to remove this review as there was a miscommunication between you and our staff as we discussed. We cleared this up for you and we fixed your PC. Nothing about what we do is dishonest. We are always straight with our customers hence having the same ones for over 10 years. Sometimes the news we have to share is not the best in every case but we believe being upfront is the best policy.

They are not the best for repair, be weary, they will tell you they are fixing your computer but they do not do it. They are very dishonest.
