The lady on the phone is extremely rude and its unacceptable !!! I called looking for a last minute appointment after my lady canceled last minute. Idk who I spoke with but I asked if they had any availability to take me for the day to which she said yes: I then asked her it she could send me some pictures of their work so I could see what it would come out like, to which she rudely replied do you want you hair done or not ? I instantly hung up the phone !! I needed my hair done but I wasnt down bad desperate, btc spoke to me like a dog. No professionalism at all. DONT GO HERE

Poor communication, doesn't speak or understand English very well. She was an hour late for my first ever appointment, not very professional right off the bat and the picture I showed her she didn't even do wat I asked and did wat was easy for her because she was backed up because she was late. Tried one more appointment and again she was backed up again and showed her wat I wanted and she made up some crazy excuse that it wouldn't work out for my hair witch is not true because I've had it done before so I'm all set with unprofessional peolpe

Upon leaving a review here 2 days ago about my experience, the owner tracked down my phone number and harassed me ! My phone was blowing all day yesterday and the day before so I finally decided to answer and it was the owner. She then proceeded to convince me that I misheard her rude remark on the phone and that she was speaking to her daughter when she was clearly speaking to me. She begged me to delete the review and I agreed because I felt bad even though she was unprofessional the day before. She offered me 25% off to delete it When I went to delete the review, I seen that she had replied to it and again, gaslighted the situation. She made claims that she told me to look on their page when I asked about pictures but before that she said she was speaking to her daughter ? She then proceeded to send me over 20 text messages in a 10 minute span as well as calling me in between all in efforts to get me to delete the review. I was willing to do so at first but I tbh couldnt figure out how to delete it and didnt want to after she harassed me.
