Attempts to book service: - Call #1: rang 20+ times no answer. - Call #2: rang 10+ times, answered...but immediately hung up. - Online portal: no option to book service beyond unneeded services. - Online chat: bot-driven and very slow, unhelpful response. After 10 minutes, was told a service advisor would call to schedule appointment. - Advisor: 24 hours later......no call. Too bad, as I was considering selling my Escape and buying a Jeep. But.. Day #2 attempt to book service: - Call #1: rang 20+ times again - no answer. - Call #2: called Service Dir. directly - transferred straight to vm. - Call #3: called Asst. Service Dir. directly - transferred straight to vm. - Call #4: called another local Ford Service Dept. Call personally answered in 2 rings; transferred to live Service Advisor; and booked appt within 5 minutes.
I've never experienced faster and more compassionate service that I received when the vehicle had a broken door latch that prevented the door from staying closed. We were out of town and they took the car and within 3 hours had the repairs completed and had us back on our way!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the way we were treated. Thank you!!

Not impressed with customer service all around from all people in service department. Just be prepared to be treated like your inconveniencing Bluebonnet ford service department. Wish I wouldve had a better experience after spending $600 on my car thats only a 2019.
