Im very unhappy with the service from Julie.I'm regular customer from more than 10 years . Last friday she messed up my hairs. I told her i only have one hour for hair touch up and kindly light my hair color . she told I need highlights . I said ok but kindly complete in one hour . After 1 1/2 hrs she messed up my hair. Didnt even apologize and want to charge for the service which she messed . Julie asked the receptionist to stop taking me as client. Its really disgusting and unprofessional . she is there to rob you . never going back .

The service here is horrible. First of all the price is too high. I have a short hair, they charged me $45 just for a blowout. The hair stylist was really bad. I asked her to do a nice voluminous blowout with beach waves. She didnt do any blowout, she went straight to beach waves with a blow dryer which didn't even last for 30 minutes. So do not waste your time and money here. I regret to get my hair done from here on my birthday, the stylist ruined my day. You are better off going somewhere else! I am very disappointed at their service, this salon needs to get shut down!
