Bunch of liars and cheat... Costed ma a fortune and did not get my visa for umrah, paid for everything including hotel/ tickets/ guide/ local ride.... no booking was made and after keeping my passport for a week after my travelling date, it was returned without visa. Less than 50% of the amount was refunded only. Very poor customer service, delayed response to phone calls or emails and talks very rudely. Never recommends to anyone.

First time we contacted Alhadi travel for our umrah package for this year. We were very pleased to get a prompt reply from the same day we had contacted this travel agent. Our travel consultant Brother Muhammad Atif listen to our preferably travel dates and hotels. He had called us to discuss further and then sent a quotation of our Umrah Package. Muhammad Atif was in contacted with us via phone and WhatsApp. He was so helpful and was so professional answering all our questions. He also explained which documents are required when we are at the airport both here in U.K. and Saudi Arabia. Brother Muhammad had prepared us for our trip and he had arranged ground transports including Ziyarat as well. He had also given us contact details in Saudi Arabia brother Noor . He was also so helpful and professional that he had help us whenever we had any questions or issue. Overall we had a great experience with this travel agent and we would recommend them 100%. Its a relief for travellers to have piece of mind when going to Umrah so that they can concentrate on their Ibadat tension free with a reliable travel agent .

Bunch of liars, fraud and dishonest people. Will definitely not recommend to anyone. Not trustworthy, just know how to thug and make money. Made a big mistake using their service, did whatever they said, paid whatever they asked for.... did not get the visa, passport was kept for a week. When I called the flight operations, flight was already cancelled (but they kept saying that they are trying and did not return my passport) and hotel reservations were never made. Only got my one third amount refunded, paid around 2500GBP for myself and my wife. Shame on them.
