My husband and I attended a comedy show at Elevate tonight. Ill say the venue did a fantastic job with their screening and tracking however the guy taking temperatures used our wrists. My entire group was in the 93-94C. Anything under 95 is hypothermia. If youre going to go through the trouble of taking temperatures at least get a proper reading. I would have given 5 stars but Im reducing to 3 because this is a big concern that I believe needs to be fixed before the next event they host!

I attended an event here. The staff was amazing and everything was so bright and clean. They had their social distancing plan down to a science. Even though it was a sad time, Elevate brought us a lot of joy. I would definitely recommend this center.
