The business name "Alehsan" is an Arabic word that means "perfection" which is very irrelevant to how the group conducts business The group leader was very nice in NY but ever since we arrived to KSA he yells every now and then at his staff and even at his clients when they ask a question that he doesn't like Not to mention neglecting Sunnah during hajj rituals and that other than transportation, you are on your own regarding all rituals You only see the group leaders in a meeting or in the tent but never on the ground If you want to perform Tawaf Efada on the day of Eid or throw the Gamarat after Zawal as the Sunnah goes, there will be no transportation for you I waited in Mina to throw Gamarat on 13th of Zulhijja while the group has left on the 12th back to the hotel, then i found that they took my cellphone with them thinking that it belongs to someone else but shortly -on their way to the hotel- they figured out it is my cellphone So i was left with no cellphone for a day and half, but luckily i left 2 group contacts with my wife in US .. So she called the first contact asking why i am not responding to her calls, but the contact told her "i am not in Mina and I don't know nothing about your husband"!!! So my wife got worried and contacted the other leader who responded saying "don't worry your husband is not a kid"!!! So until I came back to the hotel from Mina on my own struggling with transportation, got back my cellphone, and called my wife, No one of the group leaders have called me to check on me or even secure a basic transportation for me They didn't even come to my room and say hi welcome back! No sense of responsibility

For all the rituals that Alihsan organized they went above and beyond to make sure all their hajjis perform them appropriately and with good level of convenience. We have brought with us lot of things based on feedback of Derwins s. And personally me and wife didnt use much of them and part of that due to preparation from alihsan. Their leaders have good expertise and I will always suggest that hajjis consult with them before you do anything on your own, which is something I dont recommend. The only downside is that they dont organize for jamarat, which is something they announced. I hope they change their mind. I found lot of people had difficulties doing them. Jazakum allah khir for a nice trip
