Sorry by the inconvenience, I already spoke to the Barbers to find out what happened, first of all they knew about the appointment, (you wanted braids) but they werent able to proceed because your hair wasnt long enough , they even doubt anybody will be able to meet your expectations, Language wasnt an issue. Real Barbers? Some of them have 20 years experience. We strive to keep our costumers happy, but you have to keep in mind your limitations, sorry , but we didnt find why you wrote this bad review,

Worst spot to go to if u dont speak Spanish lol even speaking it they dont understand regular haircuts. Called for appointment and they took my info yet when walking in no one knew anything. Plus they have no real barbers, they got the illusion part down not real hair cut just illusions lol
