I though that the switch from our HOA's previous management company CAMCO to The Management Trust would be a beneficial change; however, I have been waiting about 4 months to resolve an on-going property issue with little to no response, updates, or follow-up. And my property issue was stuck in limbo for almost a year previously, so you can imagine my frustration. I just can't imagine how this company is rated so highly when their lack of response demonstrates how little they value or care for the residents they serve. I really would expect better from them based on these reviews, so I'm hoping my issues are just an isolated experience. At this point of time, I cannot recommend them to work with any HOA in the Nevada area as my experience so far makes me feel like they just don't care about me or my concerns as a homeowner.

I still haven't heard back from anyone. Our mailbox has been broken for 4 weeks now. We have to drive to the post office everyday in this heat with high gas prices to pick up our Mail. Please help

The association was so easy to work with as I submitted for approval for our landscaping at Heritage at Cadence. Janine Kallenberger kept us in the loop the entire time and was so helpful as we navigated our way through this process.

I am writing to recognize ALL of the front-end employees at the Heritage at Cadence clubhouse. There are a few stand-outs but today I am recognizing ONE in particular. Marcus Lindsey, Assistant to the Lifestyle Director, has been a wonderful addition to the Clubhouse staff these past few months. He is pleasant, professional and kind. He is always available to help the residents with any requests and is extremely knowledgeable. If Marcus doesn't know the answer you can be sure he will seek the answer in a timely, efficient manner. We are so glad he has joined the team at Heritage! Keep up the good work, Marcus!!
