Dear Layla, as we had explained numerous times in our direct correspondence with you, we are diligently following up on this international shipping to you with USPS. We did not ask you to contact USPS, we merely suggested you can check their website too for this case# we opened for you if you want more frequent updates. You do not have to. We also explained that our website clearly mentions that specifically USPS, although less expensive, also much riskier as deliveries beyond US borders is up to local providers. UPS and DHL handle their own delivery trucks up to the destination, hence, a lot more reliable. Our website also clearly states that we are not responsible for international deliveries after tracking has been provided. We are still following up with USPS but they have to also check with Saudi Arabia's postal services as this is where the shipping is currently stuck. This may take some time but we will keep you posted.

I have ordered a bra 2 months ago since then I keep sending them emails and they tell me that it's lost with the postal!!!!! They told me they filed a complaint a month later nothing, and then they contact me again and tells me I should contact the postal!!! I mean come on what kind of service is this I just want a refund and it's not cheap they keep telling me I should have chosen the more expensive postal but they didn't give me a choice I do not recommend buying from this website and I still want my money
Hi Erica. We are sorry you had a bad experience. It is very unusual for us to be rude to anyone much less our customers. Reason you were ask to wait is because all fitting rooms were full and our sales staff were all busy with customers who came before you. Most of the time customers are served within minutes. When very busy it could be a little longer, which is normal with any business, not just ours. However, when you are attended to, you get full and undivided attention. We are sorry for the low rating as we know we don't deserve it. If you do come and visit us again when not as busy, you'll find that your criticism was way to harsh. Very rude! I recently went to purchase undergarments for my wedding. Nobody said hello. When I told the associate I needed to be sized she said hold on. I waited 10 minutes and ending up leaving without being seen. I definitely would never step back in this store. I only gave 1 star because I had to.
