Brought in a uniform top (with placement diagram) to have 4 patches sewn on. Was assured they knew what they were doing and they didn't need the diagram. Waited 4 days for it and the end result was not satisfactory. The price was at higher end for that type of job. Will have to take it elsewhere to get it fixed. Lost what could have been a new longtime customer.

We are very sorry that you lost your pen. Please note that you called after picking your clothes up- which was a few days after drop off. We attempted searching for it at length, even though we arent responsible for items left behind - which is posted in the store and on your receipt. We hate to have a disgruntled customer so would have no reason to keep your item. Being in business for over 30 years- we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We perform thousands of cleaning services and alterations each year and always make sure it is to our customers liking.

Not only a terrible tailor I had to have my cloths altered by another tailor but a thief. I left an item in my jacket pocket and she stole it. Would steer far away from using this service.
