Lubefly seriously disappointed me. As a woman, mechanics often try to take advantage of me, as mechanics do. I thought I found a place that wouldnt do that, but unfortunately I was wrong. We used lubefly because my partners car would intermittently stall. I think we had them come out 3-4 times before the problem was finally solved, which is understandable as there are steps to follow. Whats not understandable is quoting someone for a 3 hour job, getting it done in 45 minutes, and still charging for the entire 3 hours. I tried, begged the owner, Chris, to meet me in the middle and refund an hour of the time, considering it was over $100. I was willing to let him keep the second hour even though the job was only 45 minutes. He offered me a measly $50 in credit, even after I told him Id be using him for 3-4 more jobs over the next few months, but that wasnt enough. So I call about a job and he tells me $317, claiming the part costs $121. No, the part actually costs between $30-70 depending on which one you get. These guys act super nice and honest, but in reality theyre a very huge rip off. I found another mechanic whos going to do the same job for $200, parts and labor included, which is much more reasonable. Dont use this company. They overcharge. Seriously, 3 hours of labor charged for 45 minutes of work? Obscene.
I am so happy with this company! The team at Lubefly Communicated with me every step of the way. They are affordable and reliable. My Mercedes stalled out and they fixed the problem with ease! Thank you Chris, Eric, and Especially Cody for working on my car. It was so hot outside and he had a smile the whole time! I definitely will use them for future car needs!!!

Amazing customer service! I drive a 2007 infinity g35. One day it just stopped running and I thought the engine blew. They came out, narrowed it down to my alternator being bad, replaced it and got it running again. After the install, the car still wasn't running right and thought it was the computer in the car or the actual transmission itself. Where most companies would fix what you called them for and leave, he was extremally helpful with figuring out the issue with me even after the fact. It turned out i just needed a new battery. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a TRUSTED mechanic.

Super quick, polite, professional. They we're a little pricey, but I think they were more than worth it given their speed of service- both in setting up the appointment and in finishing the work. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to another person.
