Good morning Philip. I think you have mistaken us for another company as we do not take cars in. We recondition and supply new or exchange turbochargers only. Luckily we have a good customer base who know this so either your attempt of sabotage wont really work or you have simply got us mistaken for someone else. Please check your receipts. We would appreciate this removed once youve realised the mistake. Thank you.

Took my car there to have turbo rebuilt and set up to my octavia vrs when I got my car back there was a number of items that had been stolen out of my vehicle if I could have given it a zero stars I would have . I would not recommend this company to anyone

Sorry for your "bad experience". This however seems completely made up. We ALWAYS contact the customer first. We will NEVER do anything at all without consulting yourself or the garage first. We do not supply alternative brands of turbocharger so we highly doubt that your whole turbocharger has been swapped for a "cheaper alternative". We believe this is not a 100% true experience or you have the wrong company. Please feel free to call in to the shop anytime to discuss any issues you may have.

Terrible experience and would not recommend!!! Contacted this place in regards to my seat leon btcc turbo actuator, just needed actuator changed and specifically advised the person that I do not want the turbo touched in anyway and just want the actuator replacing Upon collection i realised that they have apparently refurbed the whole thing as a gogw Was not happy about this but didnt mind, only when the mechanic come to fitting it back on I was told my Gareth turbo has been swoped for a cheaper brand so basically my turbo was never actually fixed at the time and was replaced with a cheaper version !!!! Will defo not be using this place again and will defo not be recommending them to anyone
