Sales people are just a little too pushy! They don't really ask if u have questions and leave u to shop they push for the sale makes them look money hungry.

Twice been in to Zylstra... Twice been treated like an unvalued customer. Save yourself the headache and drive to the Barn in Des Moines or Harley of Carroll. Done tons of business at both places, way better customer service.

Outstanding people in this dealership. Ive own a few Harleys, all from different dealerships but never had the great experience I had at Zylstra HD. Drove from Texas to see the bike I wanted, Adam and everybody went above and beyond to help me with the process in the middle of a snowstorm!! Extremely grateful to them!
If they were upfront and honest about the condition of a motorcycle when asked over the phone, it would have saved a 4 hour one way drive. I specifically asked if the bike looked like it had been dropped. The response was "I don't know". After arriving I immediately see resin on a fairing and heavy scratches on both sides. It not only was clearly dropped, but slid. Also trying to sell me on different bikes after was a treat. I didn't even see the person I had been talking to, but they had someone else deal with me. Did not try to explain their point of view which all told, tells me I was purposely deceived.
