Response and Scheduling has been frustrating. I signed a contract and sent my payment via check. Called rep a week later to verify they received my check and he said yes and that he would contact scheduling. Another week goes by and still no call to schedule. I called sales today first thing in AM and they said scheduling would call me. An hour goes by so I call scheduling and am told that she has to call me back in the afternoon to schedule me because her tech is out. So they've had my money for 2 1/2 weeks and I'm still not even on their schedule. I'll update this rating if things change but so far I'm not impressed with their customer service. UPDATE: Finally called me back and my appointment isn't for 3 weeks. So from the time they received my money until a technician shows up at my house it will be almost 6 weeks. I'm glad this wasn't an urgent matter with my system.
The person showed up and had no idea what he was doing. Stayed for 5 minutes and said he would have to get someone else here. He left and we never heard back from them again. Rip off of $650.00 which we had to pay up front

My builder subcontracted Sight and Sound to the Audio / Visual work on my new home. They are extremely difficult to deal with and the service is terrible. I wanted to do significant upgrades but decided against it after my initial interaction with them. I got the basic package with one additional TV install. I got some other very work. I regret not sticking with my gut. Sight and Sound literally did everything wrong. I lost $1000 and literally had the builder dry wall over everything and the electrical work got removed and covered as well. After these screw ups they did absolutely nothing to rectify the issues. They then wanted to mount my TVs and other AV services, at a premium of course. My advise is find a better vendor.
