My appointment was rescheduled for 3 times and I was not informed on the artist change when it got rescheduled. I left an one star yelp review due to the negative experience, but the owner replied with false information and putting the blame on the customer 1) My original appointment was scheduled for Friday. On Thursday, I got message asking to confirm my appointment. I didnt see the message until few hours later that, I got an email indicating my appointment was already canceled since I didnt confirm. The owner only gave a 4 hour window for confirmation and canceled the appointment without calling. In addition, the owner is now claiming I didnt show up for the appointment after the appointment has been canceled by them 2) I then proceed to scheduling a new appointment for Monday. However, this appointment was rescheduled multiple times on Sunday and the owner did not inform the artist change when the time got changed 3) for my appointment on Monday, I was late for 10 mins. But in owners response, they said I was late for 15mins and they dont accept appointment that are 15mins late. Totally understand that there are customers afterwards, but Im very concerned about the fact that they are claiming false information and late arrival policy has never been shared with customers
I recently went in to try lash extensions for the first time. Because it was my first time, my eyes were quite sensitive and a bit teary. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and I was quite happy. However, the next day I noticed that some of the lashes started to fall out. I called Bella, who was extremely caring and offered to have me come in the next day, the hour before she officially opened (!) to fix the problem. Once I arrived, she explained that the technician who placed the lashes had noticed that my eyes were tearing, and that the glue probably didn't stick well. She performed the entire service again, taking great care to make sure my eyes stayed dry and then when I tried to pay her, she refused to take any money! Needless to say, my lashes look gorgeous and Bella is my new lash hero!
Please dont go. Overpriced with rude staff. Not the level of professional service I expect after reading all the good reviews. I went in for a full set of eye lash extensions, my technician had 2 phone calls during the service and she chatted with her friend for a while over the phone. The room was dark and the lamp they use is really blinding. I got some of my eye lashes pulled off and got into my eye, I requested to pause and got it out but she said 5 minutes will be overdidnt stop. My eyes are both itchy and red and in pain when I got out. Lash looks messy, direction doesnt align well. I did eye lash extensions before, so I know this is sub-par service. Go to somewhere like Sasa beauty or somewhere else, much prettier lash, lower price and better attitude.
