Hey Dawn I am soo sorry to hear this and very surprised. I am so sorry to disappoint. I try to make sure we please and satisfy all our customers. I always say the best thing to do is to give us a call if you didn't like something so I can see what went wrong and try to fix it. If you would like to still give us a call I would love to talk to you to fix this. We make all our cakes as fresh as possible. There is no way that cake was a week old. We make all our products here at the bakery a little different from most. We strive to give the best service we can to our amazing community and customers and we would love to do the same with you! After seeing the reviews thought this was going to a great place, boy was I wrong. I bought a b/w mousse cake only to be very disappointed. Besides the white cake being very dense and dry, the chocolate cake was mushy and weird texture. The buttercream frosting was way to thick and sweet It made it inedible. Thought buying on a Friday the cake would be fresh but maybe it was fresh a week ago. Wouldnt go there again, considering the are quite expensive compare to other bakery (not mentioning name) so I goes I will go out of my way by going farther but at least I wont be disappointed. Route 9 here I come

After a long struggle of finding an affordable Gluten Free cake for our sister's belated birthday- we come across Katie Rose Bakery. They have a customizable 8 inch gluten free cake for 36 dollars. Other places want 50- 100 dollars!! People fail to realize that going gluten free isn't a fashion trend- it's related to serious health complications! Those with celiac disease, like my sister, literally would form ulcers in their stomach from eating too much gluten! So, I must say I appreciate Katie Rose Bakery's reasonable gluten free options. Their other baked goods look fantastic as well! Overall, this five star bakery deserves an applause!

Good morning Nelson I am really sorry you feel this way I would love for you to call the bakery so I fix this and give you something on us. The rainbow cookies are fresh and there is nothing wrong with the cake we have been open for almost three years now and never have had a complaint on them so I think we are doing something right. I am so sorry you just didnt like them. We did unfortunately have to raise our prices slightly due to Covid with the price of ingredients going up and labor so high, I do apologize for that as well. Rainbow cookies tasted horrible.... not fresh & not made right. Cake was stale & not made fresh either. Cakes & cookies lack quality & taste.... not worth the $$$ they charge....
