Impressed at the friendliness of the whole staff. Other salons I've been to, I've only been warmly greeted and offered anything by the receptionist and then treated coldly by the stylist. I loved that Amber took the time to figure out what I wanted and then walked through everything she was going to do. They do good work so I felt comfortable to schedule my next appointment (not something I usually do). Edit: I went to another salon later in the week for another treatment, and at the end the stylist there pointed out some deficits in my haircut from exodus. My haircut was corrected and now I'm happy. This isn't the worst thing in the world, but considering that I did raise this criticism to Amber at the end of the haircut and it was brushed off I have soured on exodus. I will be canceling my next appointment.

It's the worst haircut I've ever had. Waited 20 more minutes after the scheduled appointment time and the haircut took an hour long. I asked to trim my hair a little bit but the guy almost completely shaved my head and the sideburns are not even straight. So disappointed

I absolutely love this place! Im fairly new to Ohio and I have been struggling to find a nice place to get my hair done. Jaydan was very patient while we looked at color swatches to determine what color would suit me best, and she absolutely delivered top quality results. She takes her time and makes you feel comfortable with your choice. 10/10 would recommend. You cant go wrong with Jaydan at this salon. :)

I went here for a haircut once upon relocating to Cleveland. That was one time too many. Not only was my hard part moved so far that I had to buzz my entire head, but the person who cut my hair made a snide comment making fun of my dandruff to the barber next to her. I can live with a bad haircut, everyone has bad days, but I cant live with my barber making fun of something Im already sensitive about. I would avoid this place like the plague.
