I asked for a fade and I was given a mohawk, the barber was literally drunk and it costed me 35 dollars... i will never come here again...

I took a regular men's haircut. His work on the back of my hair (with the trimmer was good). But the rest of the work was so shabby that I had to go home and cut the rest of my hair myself. There was a lady staff assigned to me initially and she couldn't cut the hair in the style I asked for. But service was professional and they maintain covid protocols.

I felt that returning your money and giving you your next three hair cuts for free, with no expiration date would hopefully fixed the problem. Unfortunately it didn't . For that I'm sorry. I definitely wanted to make things right for you. But I understand and respect your refusal of allowing me to give you free services until your haircut was back on point. The haircut was terrible and a very unprofessional hairdresser named Corey, who after messing up instead of apologizing was being a bully and I had to leave to avoid having him mess it up further.. The owner is lying and I was not offered any refund or offer to fix or free haircuts..
