I rarely write bad reviews, but I agree with everyone else. I scheduled an appointment at 10:30. They call the day before to confirm and that my appointment time is 10:00. I explain that my appointment time is at 10:30 and they say they will change it. The next day, I get a phone call at 9 (was in a meeting and could not answer, but why 9?!) . I call back at 10:30 and they said I missed my appointment and would need to reschedule and that would have to be 2-3 weeks out. Ive never encountered such a disorganized doctors office. Will be changing offices.

Ive been bringing my daughter for a while to this location and this receptionist on the 3rd floor is extremely rude, every time I go. She doesnt greet the patients she just speaks very abruptly and rudely with an attitude. When your child is sick this is the last thing you want to encounter. I was there today at 3:15pm and as soon as we walked up to her she said patients name (VERY RUDELY). No hello, no how are you nothing!!! I asked her why shes always so rude and she started to yell at me her name was J****a. I told her that shes rude every time we come and shes at the front desk. I asked for someone else to help us and for a manager. She said to me that the manager was unavailable wasnt answering and then I asked for her supervisor. She said that the supervisor wasnt available. I asked the other young lady (Mi*****e) who was sitting next to her (J****a)if she could check my daughter in and she told me that I had to get in line( there was no Line)and she said that she was helping someone although there was no one at her counter. The woman she was helping when we arrived had already sat down in the waiting area. To be yelled at by someone in any environment is 100% acceptable, but to be yelled at by the receptionist at your doctors appointment is worse. People are sick or have other issues when visiting the doctor and compassion and empathy are expected at the least. This girl was COMPLETELY RUDE AND NOT AT ALL PHASED BY the fact that I wanted a manager. I never did get to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was told by M*****e that they would give me a call. Still NO CALL FROM THE MGR OR SUPERVISOR. Horrible experience. This was the last straw and I WILL BE starting a new health insurance plan for myself and my family so that I dont have to deal with this awful service again!!! Very disappointing!!

Dr. Ngo is a great physician and is truly the only reason I started and continue to go to this clinic. However, like many others have stated some of the young ladies that occupy the front desk need an attitude adjustment. I'm not sure if they forget often that they are at work but the way I've heard them speak to patients when at my appointments and the way they speak to me over the phone when trying to gain clarification is completely unacceptable. The snarky answers, unprofessional sarcastic tone, and blatant disrespect towards patients needs to stop. Today's attitude brought to you by, Irma.

I told them I had a lump in my breast and they gave me a wait Time for an appointment 3 months from now. I don't know of this is a staffing issue or what? But for me this is an emergency and this is my life. If i can't even see the doctor when i have to go in what's the point of coming here. Honestly this is horrible
