Danielle, we are so sorry to hear that you had anything less than a perfect experience in our showroom. Unfortunately, on Saturday, our design team was short handed and the team we had planned on having for the afternoon for our showroom did have to run to an event set up at 2pm. Additionally, our showroom display cooler had gone down and we had to transition the lost product. We always do our best to have the freshest product available for walk in and we are so sorry you felt that you wasted a trip. Went in to buy a bouquet. But because there wasnt a designer there I couldnt make a bouquet. Even though I said Im more than happy to pick out the flowers on my own. I was willing to throw down more than $100 for a decent bouquet. However just because no one was there that could put something together, I wasted a trip down there. So much for trying to support local.

The flowers for my wedding were perfect!! Cheyenne got me exactly what I asked for. I was a little worried because they had to design off photos that were vague. But they really hit it out of the ballpark!! I can't say enough great things about the flowers they arranged for me. My bouquet still makes me smile every time I look at propped in a vase on my dresser.

I am not happy at all, i asked for yellow roses, and cali Lillys, the floral arrangment look like a child picked out of someones garden with a whole bunch of leaves..no roses, sunflowes were the lil tiny ones, and no calalillys, so was charged $90 for an arrangment i vould have bought on the street for $25....not happy at all...
