These services did not meet our expectations. Specific instructions and layout were given to complete our project and they were not followed. There were several errors that we or clients came across every couple days. When asked to correct errors, it would take days and our clients suffered in return with growing frustration. Several product descriptions were incorrect, which caused major confusion with clients. There were so many errors made within the website, we stopped asking for them to be fixed and began resolving the errors ourselves. The general redesign layout was accomplished, but not specific details. The purpose of us using these services was to save time and money, and it seems like weve lost so much of both during the production of this website. We appreciate the redesign of the website, but will not be using these services again.
