I filled out my forms on the computer before my appointment. Then at my appointment, they asked me all the same questions. I thought doing it at home was supposed to save time. The Dr. was a little brief, too.

The worst experience (Elk Grove) location. I will try to keep this short as Dr. Drake spent very little time with me. Office didnt returns calls , I was left on hold for the longest time. left msgs, they never returned calls Ive been in pain for a month now with the last cortisone shot being done incorrectly so therefore it never worked . Im just so upset how they treat patients (other friends have told me the same thing) Feel free to heed my advice or simply delete this review. Dr Metz was knowledgeable and very attentive. He respected my thoughts and my time. He arranged for me to come back later in the day to be fitted for my splint rather thank having me wait around for hours. Never had a doctor be so respectful of my time! The first thing I noticed was the technology in his office is current and top rate. This is after working with another orthopod for the last seven weeks on a broken hand that her x-ray machine never even saw.
