Jessie the surgery scheduler screens her calls like she is avoiding bill collectors. When she does answer she hangs up on you. I do not recommend this place on business for their poor customer service skills.

They canceled my kids appointment just an hour before the appointment and we booked this appointment 6 months back. We took leave from work to take our kids to the appointment. Just like they charge us for no showing-up fee for the missed appointment, we should charge them for loss of work. We have been visiting this center for past few years and I had similar issue last year also and they sent us back after visiting the facility. I think we are better off with empire vision and they check kids eye sight and provide the prescription right away to pick up the glasses. Appointments are convenient and easy unlike Brass.
