I'm sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with the response to your refund review. Looking into your account you had committed to another package and the Terms & Conditions stated it would roll over if we weren't given 2 weeks notice. We have responded several times to explain this and offer you the lessons. You also ticked the box on your enrolment saying you understood this. I enrolled in lessons with direct debit. A few months before the end of my lessons I tried to discontinue my lessons, I wanted to discontinue because I made so little progress, frequent swapping of teachers, even though I am no stranger to hard work and practice. Then, it only gets worse. After months of my notifying in advance with no response or acknowledgement of my email, sent to the correct email address, I was "automatically" charged for another $500. I notified Angie Caldwell, the owner, and she notified me I needed to give 2 weeks notice. I forwarded her the relevant emails about my discontinuing. She "promised" me she would look into it, and a refund would be on it's way, she thought accounts had sorted it out, she would take care of it, she was busy, and so on. Many emails reminders , polite requests, check ins on my part, and here we are 12 months later, still no refund. Unprofessional and dishonest. Had I not had 12 months of fake reassurance for a refund I would have simply lodged a credit card charge query to have the charge disputed. Disappointed to have been misled and given false and dishonest information. Angie is all lovely and smiles until something like this happens, and then you are only good for your money and not worth the time of day to her!

Ive always wanted to learn to sing but was always told you either have it or you dont so never really got around to it. Then, one day I said why not have a go anyway and see how it is and if its not for me it isnt. Then I signed up and met Aaron, the guy has been a legend hes made me feel so confident with singing its unbelievable, when I first started I couldnt even sing 2 notes correctly it was horrible but after being with Aaron for about 3 months now Ive gotten so much better and so much more confident even my family and friends are amazed. Its something I will definitely keep doing and definitely recommend to anybody wanting to learn to sing its a great place and a real safe environment to learn!
One of the highlights of my week are always my singing lessons with Ken! Cant recommend him highly enough. Singing is an incredible tool for growth and Ken makes it such a fun, enjoyable, easeful experience. I felt comfortable straight away and have learnt sooo much.
