Thank you for your review. I apologize if you are unhappy you came in a put a bunch of keys down and said give me two of everything. I did exactly what you requested! After duplicating the keys and ringing them up sale. Your where unhappy that each key cost $6.00 each. You said in That case I will take one of each key. Rick was the person who helped, didnt say much, asked him for some copies of some car keys, never told me the price or anything, and it came out very expensive over 50 dollars for some copies,was rude when asked why he never mentioned price before cutting keys. Last time I give them business.

Went in to ask if they could cut a car key for me if I brought my own blank one in that matches my current one and I use For-scan (online free application) to program it. Basically just needed a key cut. They said they dont do that there. Not sure why, but the key itself only costs $40-60 online and can program it myself. They wanted me to fork over $200 for them to cut their own blank?!? I was in my military uniform so maybe they dont like military but I was confused. Called another place and they had no problem doing it for me. Dont recommend this place if your intentions are the same as mine.

Needed a new car key and found this place near me. Seeing the reviews I thought the service was going to be excellent. I walk in and the man seemed like I'd interrupted or bothered him. I let him know what I wanted and wordlessly he just goes to get the key(s) done. I was barely able to get one word answers from him. Of course I don't expect bells and whistles when it comes to customer service but I also don't expect it to be awkward. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The only good thing was that I got my keys and at a decent price.
