The worst property management call center I have had to deal with being a resident will be of crystal tower apartment. Absolute zero worth in terms of high rent paid. *The laundry occasionally malfunctions and *The door key lock mechanism is meant To have you locked out. *The bathroom faucets and sinks are cheap and get clogged. Although The only thing I was satisfied with would be the on-site property manager(Nemanja Bozic), who was always nice and had come to my aid when asked for help.

Great view from the apartments but facilities are very poorly maintained. Request management to please clean the pool regularly and upgrade the washers / dryers.

The building is nice. People here are kind and friendly. Its a great living community. But I wasnt notified during my tour that my window of my apartment would be subject to loud noises from the trash trucks at 6-7 am 6 days a week. That seems like something they should make you aware of before you sign a lease to pay them a large sum of money each month. They also arent doing much to remedy the situation, despite me complaining about it. There are also large, deep scratches in the vinyl flooring of my apartment from a previous tenant, which I assumed would be repaired before I moved in. They were not, and they say theyre unable to fix them. I asked to be able to pick out an affordable rug and for them to pay for it, so I can cover the scratches, as theyre highly visible and in the main living area. But they refuse to do that for me, which feels a bit ridiculous. I like the place but have been disappointed with these two elements.

Great Managment service! Theyve had a new manager for a little less than a year, Nemanja, and since hes been here everything has been easy. Ive locked myself out and hes been very responsive. The staff are great and super accommodating. Ive rented from big places in many different cities. My expectation from places like these is quite low, but the management and team here at Crystal Towers are exceptional.
